Default ROF client issues

I am trying to switch from Titanium to ROF-2 client but I am getting issues.
Graphical notably. I get lots of transparent walls in dungeons, blinking textures, tons of self-reflecting shadows on npc models, black streaks on textures when I look at them at certain angle etc.

But most annoying of all is FOG. I get to see objects and npcs from BEYOND the range at which I can see terrain. If its a wolf standing on a hill - I see wolf in mid air, but hill itself is not visible.

Take a look at 2 screenshots.
First is taken with Titanium client. You see Qeynos Gates. All is good.
2nd is taken with ROF. You don't see the gates, but you see all the npcs standing by them. Better than that - see the secret wall passage (on the left) standing out very very brightly, even though I don't see the wall itself!

Any ideas how to fix all of this???

I noticed that if you disable "Use Advanced Lighting" in Display Advanced Options it seems to help. At least for West Karana it completely resolved the fog issue.
