Default Crashing @ Character Login

Hi I've been struggling with this issue recently when I came back to EQEMU. I am using either the UF or ROF2 client. Whenever I login to an EMU server I can create a character but when I go to enter world I end up crashing out with a EverQuest Crash Notification and sometimes a C++ Run Time Error "abnormal termination"

So far I have tried 3 different client installations
I have worked over the client.ini to pretty much meet my setup
I've disabled my FW for testing
I've had GMs move my characters to numerous known working zones prior to loggin in
I've tried old graphics, new graphics, no frills graphics
I've tried starting the shortcut w/ admin, without admin
I've tried compatability modes from xp2 to Windows 8 and no comparability mode.
I've also tried a few different known working servers on EQEMU
Updating Nvidia video drivers to their current iteration
Updating directx to 9c
Updating C++ redistribution
Updating NetFrame to 4.3.1
Reformatting my computer just because

I am running on

Windows 10
I7 3770k
Nvidia 780
16bg 1866 ram
Asus Mobo.

I have confirmation from many sources that the clients I have attempted to use are working just fine for them, they aren't crashing and are very stable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated in resolving this problem.

Have you run the options editor?
Maybe I should try making one of these servers...
