Even though this is built on the Debian Jessie, did anyone ever try this out, just for fun ?

Client, or server? Either way it's likely doable, even if kind of silly. I bet I could get eqemu running on my raspberry pi, for crying out loud. Lol.

For some reason I was thinking that SteamOS would basically just be debian with a bare X session and steam in big picture mode. This looking pretty nice for a media center OS.
