Shadow Knight 1.5-Reaper Strike

Innoruuk's Curse weapon for Shadow Knights is bugged =/...the Effect of Reaper Strike says unknown spell. To make this effect work you must click the ability while targeting a mob next to you. It gives Reaper Strike Recourse to all of us as a bard song. Supposily it gives a 70% chance to lifetap 500 and a lot of accuracy. Could you please help guys =/
