Default Loot Editor?
I havent seen any loot editors mentioned lately do any still work. Ive been having problems getting the peq editor working so i dont really have that as an option right now. Any suggestions?

Look in the forum section right below this one (GeorgeS' Tools). He has tools for almost every aspect of the game including an item editor that is pretty awesome.
