Default Having trouble getting first server started

So I installed EQEmu server on a Windows 10 machine.

First let me describe the install:

I did not notice any errors during the install, I saw "ALL OK" once as it scrolled. When it finished, it gave me options to add bots or something or to exit. I just did exit.

In the eqemu_config, I put my ipconfig address in, and changed server name. I then fixed the login.ini to reflect this. I'm just using Titanium, so port 5998 looked correct.

Then I changed my eqhost.txt in my Titanium install to be my ipconfig address, with port 5998.

I want to do local LAN, so I start the batch file called t_start_server_with_login_server. It seems to start, saying WORLD:UP ZONES (30/30) UCS: UP Queryserv: UP Loginserver: UP UP N

The problem:

But when I open Everquest, it just sits at "Patching Everquest , connecting..." and never connects to anything.

Any suggestions on what to check?
