Default Another Merchant editor

As title, it's almost same to GeorgeS's tool.

The differences are :
1. Can't drag items direct into merchant list, should add to buffer first.
2. Use Ctrl + drag on fixed column in merchant list to change list sequences.
3. Use Del in number block to delete items, or drag them to the black box.
