Default Tried over 15 times w/in 1 year

The "cannot connect to world" error...

I just don't understand it. I've read a million replies and tried everything. I guess I'm just really frustrated that there is no real solution... and 5 different/conflicting posts on how to set it up. I don't want to give up... but I'm almost fried.

Been sifting through thoughts on what could be wrong, but no idea. *shoots self! jj* I'm not sure if it is because of the perl version, or what, but the voices in my head are telling me that even they are tired of trying to figure it out. lol *i've gone nuts along time ago trying to figure it out!!*
