Default Coming Sept 2017

Will be ready to go Friday, September 8th

No spoilers right now, but modern quality of life with focus on balancing the needs of the solo player.
Customization of unused zones - Bots with an attitude - Customized gear - A doable highend game
A fun kind of easy, without compromising the challenge. P.S. All your transport needs will be met.

Just thought I would mention, it's geared up for RoF2 only. Any other client will lose out on content access for some things.

This is on schedule to be up Sept 08th, 2017. Sorry about the previous pic that was nerfed by photobucket. Just had
to change image hosting, but thought I would do a new one with a screenshot from the NPC's setup in PoK. Lots of
good things happening to keep my gears turning on this progress. I'm loving it.

Sorry dude, the whole inspiration of the content is bot-driven, lol. The higher end will need multi-boxing and/or bot groups,
but the economy and quality of life, along with some focus on making the use of bots better will help a lot with those who
are interested.

This is just a quick run of some basics for the server. Other custom work on zones and npc's etc., will be
available on the server forums at launch on Sept 8th.

Max level 70 with Bots, Mercs and (EDIT) max - 6 boxing. PoK is the Main
Hub with several beneficial NPC's and vendors. MQ is allowed, without hacks.

Tutorial Max level is 14. Rytan gives Temp now when asking to be "blessed".
Tribal Magus in PoK ports to starting cities, as well as Tutorial. You will
also "find" a Tribal Magus in those cities to return to PoK.
Starting items include the Adventurer's Stone for Magus travel. The Nexus
scions and dock gnomes are also an option.New toons also receive a fishbone
earring, with stats.(enduring breath worn), as well as 10% weight reduction bag.
There is a 90% handmade backpack for sale on gear sales vendor.

Food/water consumption has been reduced. Stats have been added to iron rations
and water flasks. Merchant sellrate mods have been reduced.
Most "custom" vendors in PoK will not buy your junk. See the Trash Vendor
Many common items are tradeable/sellable including starting gear and items.
All spells and tomes (lvl 1-70) are priced under 40 plat.
Plat is easier to farm on this server than you think. Most mobs drop a minimum
of 3 pp, so you should never have a "short on cash" problem.

Stewart Suppler is a general needs merchant with potion/reagent sales, etc.
POTIONS - Clarity V, Alacrity V, Skinspikes V and Wolf V, all useable at
level 1 with full buff timers.
Brendra in the PoK gives free Temp and SoW until level 40. (full buff timers).
Castule will sell buffs to levels 41-70.

Experience has been increased from average basic. Example: at level 5,
killing a white con gives almost a yellow bub.
Rest regen is increased but it's NOT meant to be an instant heal.
At Lvl 50 (with no gear), HP/Mana regen 5-100% only takes a few minutes.
All races and classes get the same experience bonuses.
Lesson of Devoted and Experience Recovery vet AA's are in place.
Experience loss begins at lvl 15. Death experience loss percent has been reduced.
Player keeps gear on death, but will need a rez.
Free Corpse summoner in PoK (use free Summoning Hook from Tess Botter).
Rez timer has been increased to 12 hours with a 7 day corpse decay timer.
Feign Death, Foraging, Sneak and Hide reuse timers reduced. Feign Death zone-wide
aggro clear timer reduced. Chance for root to break has been decreased.
Item mana/health/end regen caps have been set to 40.

DRUIDS - That pathetic pet bear you got at 55 is no longer the most useless pet in
the game. It's now 55 with HP's and stats to reflect on that. (like it should be).
WAR RNG MNK ROG - There is a (melee) pet for you too

BOTS:
Free starting items, (Sword, 1H Piercer, Club, Shield, Mana item).See Tess in PoK.
There is an armor and gear vendor in PoK for purchasing further items.(twinked).
Create as many Bots as you want and spawn up to 6 max (per IP box).
Some Bot base stats have been increased to be more comparable with PC's
Bot mana regen is maxed, as good as it will get. Caster bots will stop melee attacks
at level 5. EDIT: Bot owners DO NOT receive exp for bot groups outside of primary group.

Could you elaborate on mega boxing? If allowing full botgroups + boxing a full zerg seems like a default strategy to plow through most content, is this a concern where someone will box up 12 toons with a hundred bots and run rampant?

This sounds like an ass-ton of fun but that concern stands out as a potential issue, most servers opt for boxing and forego bots or vice versa. Either way sounds like you've got something magic brewing here, can't wait to see what you do with it!

As concerning as that sounds, I don't think anyone would want to. Multi-boxing up to 12 toons is done by players,
but managing an army of bots on all the boxes would be one hell of multitasking skill, lol. I'd be taking screenshots.
But even spawning 6 groups of bots and getting them all geared will be tedious in itself. If a diehard player wants
to rampage through content with boxing and bots, the fun will be short lived for that player getting bored fast.
But those kind of players really wouldn't hang around a server that limits their desires to "run rampant" anyway.
I'm not putting a lot of effort into discouraging those players that like to run through content quickly. They
are usually concrete in their preferences for game play, so they will come and go, lol.

I just decided to do something a little different. I have reduced the HP/maxdmg/AC on all mobs to be a good
one-group fight. So with that, I can limit the bot spawns to 11 max (gives an option for one outside group)
and also limit the boxing to 6 max. This way, one can solo with a bot group or box 6 toons or whatever they
decide for a combination with the options available. If someone boxes 6 toons and spawns 66 bots between
them all, it will be an overkill, but it's difficult to keep all options open for a player and be able to come
up with a happy medium for the solo player which is paramount for this server. Those people who do cruise
around with an army of bots, they can be ignored, but keep an eye on any interference with others' game play.
Also, optional rule for any bot server : player won't get kill experience from bots they are not grouped with.

Decided to make my own little custom stable, instead of that same boring one in baz and a have a couple good mounts
worth while for casters to use.

This is a little portal I setup in PoK to take an eligible player to a customized zone. It's run by proximity which
produces a popup asking if the player wishes to be ported. There was 4 races involved with the creation of this,
but only because I like at least a little uniqueness, as opposed to boring. lol

This is my last post here, until server forum site opens on Sept 1st. (I promise) :P
If you have any support questions please PM me here or email tribalwarfareserver (at) gmail
I was only going to have it run RoF2 Clients, but decided to add UF as well with max level 75.
It's going a little past OoW, with a couple of customized SoF zones added. Level 46 and
up will involve progressive steps to get there. (your Epic 1.0 is your first turn-in)

How about auto skill ups, or an npc to max out skills for your level.
