Default Alchoholic AE's and PBAE

On live there are several mobs that cast a spell that makes the player drunk or buzzed depending on their alch tollerance! We need this in eqemu would do great for some of us more Drunkan server ops..

Mort, check with Hunter from EZ server. I know they used to have a boss in one of their high end raid zones that cast an AE drunk spell. It made for an interesting fight.
