I would highly recommend getting the latest binaries and set up a more recent build of the server. That version hasn't been updated in ages, and is missing a ton of options, not to mention an outdated database.

What you could then d is change the Character:ExpMultiplier in rules_values to what you desire. There's also the Character:GroupExpMultiplier, Character:RaidExpMultiplier values to change as well.

Almost forgot, there's some editing needed in the guide, and since I can't edit the post, you might want to check this topic for people reporting issues until I can get the guide up on the wikki.

You can use:
Code:
UPDATE rules_values SET rule_value = 7.5 WHERE rule_name = 'Character:ExpMultiplier';
If it doesn't exist, you have to create it first.

Code:
INSERT INTO rules_values (ruleset_id,rule_name,rule_value) values (0,'Character:ExpMultiplier',7.5);
The above sql will create a the rule as part of ruleset 0 (the default) and set it to 7.5 (7.5x exp, I assume). The value I have in mine is 0.6.

Actually, I have two DBs set up and I don't remember which was the backup. I think the newer PEQ db doesn't have those rules in by default, so I don't know what the default for exp multiplier is.
