Default Quick Step by Step Compile on Linux

Posting this in case it is of help to anyone.
  1. Make changes to code files in /eqemu/server_source/Server/*
  2. make
  3. make install
  4. copy binaries from /usr/local/bin to /eqemu/server_source/Server/build/bin/
  5. Restart EQ server service

Ok that's a little different, but same thing, I guess. I usually:

2. cmake CMakeLists.txt
3. make
But I use my own custom folders, then copy over.

make install isn't configured for us.
