Default New Server

ive created a server got it up and running no problems

im trying to customize it but when i create a NPC i get no graphics for them just humans

here is what ive done

Opened up navicat and check race/raceID is in database and same as what i want to create

i went into my EQ dir and opened optionseditor.exe to check models but i get unknown DB string

im using official House of thule (dont have any other problems and ive also played other servers with HOT)

Sounds like you have added NPC's that have models that weren't originally in that zone. You will need to add the relevant lines in the "zonename_chr.txt" (change zonename to the name of the zone in question) in the client folder, or use Akkadius' EOC utility

ref:-
http://wiki.eqemulator.org/p?NPC_Models&frm=Main

and even more helpfully:-
http://eoc.akkadius.com/AC/eoc/min.p...&GenRaceFile=1

Also, some non-player races require you to set the gender to 2.

Just to clarify, you added
dra,dra_chr
to your poknowledge_chr and added 1 value to the number at the top right?
