A connection to the server cannot be reached.

I keep getting A connection to the server cannot be reached, then it has links that redirects me to this site. Anyone know how to fix this?

Patches, EQhost.txt a mis-alignment of Mars with Venus? It could be a number of things, do you get an error number or just redirected saying the servers might be down for maint or something?
