Issues builder the server folder

Hi,
I have been here for a good while now and in all that time never got this working, I am trying to play on a single pc.
I have no problem downloading and installing the programs and finally using Akkadius compiling guide with VS2010 had faultless compiles.
I have no problem running the SQL statements in Heidi and such all sort of makes sense.

My problem is building my c:\eqemu folder - is there an upto date guide of what goes where and where it comes from, each guide (which I am sure are accurate) has files that either dont exist in the latest build folder or differ from what to copy - i'm stuck/confused!
