HeidiSQL? does not see PEQ i think

hi all trying the new Spire admin stuff.

made a new server could log in with character, local server, how do i change my character to GM etc?

i tried to access the server DB with HeidiSQL but its not seeing it i think? i used to connect to peq in the old days by default how do i connect to change things or is this the best way now?
