Default Unable to identify network stream (repeated)

I assume this came down to a networking issue on my part.

My server has always worked fine with local connections, but now that I'm trying to get my sister to connect, she receives a time out and I get the

"NET_IDENTITY UNABLE TO IDENTIFY STREAM"
"attempting connection from blah blah blah"

rinse and repeat over and over til it times out.

This doesn't happen to her when joining other servers, so I reckon it is on my end to some degree. I had 2 routers being used and finally configured my secondary to act more like a switch rather than assigning it's own IPs and forwarded all ports 1-9200 on my router to test.

If there is anyone who could attempt to connect to my server to give me a log, that would be brilliant so I can see if i am capable of out of LAN connections.
