Default Compiling Rev 1666

Besides this one being the devils curse :P I can not complie this rev without having three files failed and only two suceed.

I have tried restarting and even re-downloading the rev, any help please? ):

Did you clean it first? I just compiled it an hour ago and it had no problems.

I see where the issue is, its with Perl. I installed 5.10, but I'm double checking.

I downloaded 5.12 of perl.

Do you mean that downloading 5.12 fixed your issue, or that you were mistaken about your perl version and actually had 5.12 rather than 5.10 (thus causing your problems)?

Good question. I'm using 5.10 and have been for quite some time.

Wrong version of perl was used, I installed 5.12 when I thought it was 5.10 :]

I encountered the same problem while compiling 1667. And even with perl 5.10 I was unable to get all 5 done. The solution was using a program called XAMPP which was pointed out in another post. I still am not sure why 5.10 wouldn't work with 1667 even after many re installations.
