Default Regualar Experience not Advancing with MoB Kills

I just updated, and characters can't seem to accumulate regular experience. AA experience can be gained without a problem. But the regular exp meter stays at 0%. The characters I am using are at level 69.

Rules in the rule_values table:

Character:ExpMultiplier 0.20
Character:GroupExpMultiplier 0.50
Character:AAExpMultiplier 0.20
Character:RaidExpMultiplier 0.05
Character:MaxLevel 70

Kinda stumped. Am I missing a rule value? Did I forget an update somewhere?

Thanks.

Thanks for the tip. Missed that.
But, Character:MaxExpLevel is also set to 70, so shouldn't be causing this issue.

It appears like new characters are able to gain exp, but not ones existing before the update. Hmm.
Also, it takes a massive amount of xp (3,000,000) using #setxp to make it move the level 69 char exp even 1%. I feel like I am getting closer, but I don't know what needs to be tweaked.

Meh, just set
Character:ExpMultiplier to 2.00
for now. Does not fix whatever changed, but now characters can gain substantial exp again.

well ya even at lvl 30 takes a ton of xp to add any substantial xp. I just killed some mobs and xp gain from kills seems normal. Have you tried moving those max lvl and max xp level settings to 71 and seeing what happens?

Changed max lvl and max xp level settings to 71, but no change in xp gain.

Side note: I have been working on these characters for an years with the previously mentioned settings with no exp issues until now.
