Default Extractor update?

Any chance of an extractor update in the near future?

I just committed an update, mostly based on the work of the guys on the ShowEQ forums. I haven't tested the generated SQL 'in game', so if you come across any problems, let me know.

I guess VC 2008 Express Edition isn't suitable, so I'm out of the loop, sadly. If anyone has a compiled version that I could use I would be most appreciative. Anything I can do to help..

It's written in C# and compiles with Visual C# 2010 Express.
