Default You cannot...

You cannot see your target
Your spell was interrupted.

This is the message i get everytime i try to cast on any mob on my server. I searched the forums but couldnt find anything to support me really, anyone have any idea what the problem may be

You don't have the map packs installed.

hmmm how is that? i extracted them both to the map folder from where my server gets ran. should i rextract them

Make sure you get both Map packs its about 350 megs download unzip them into your /eqemu/maps folder make sure they dont go into /eqemu/maps/maps or anything like that if they do then cut and paste them back into the /eqemu/maps folder very important. That is the usual fix if you weren't getting mobs to auto agro and you couldn't cast on them cause they were out of los.

If that isn't the issue i think we would need more info on the issue before anyone can really help you.
