UCS Error - Chat Key for [character] does not match, closing connection.

I recently had to adjust my server to a new IP address. I still am starting my server using tmux and different tabs for shared_memory/world, eqlaunch, ucs, and queryserv.
Whenever someone logs in now an error is generated in red:


[UCS] [Error] Chat Key for [SOE.EQ.Halls Havoc.Woodie] does not match, closing connection.


UCS does not work with any character, since this occurs when anyone logs in. Does anyone have any clues as to how to fix this? I have no clue, as it worked perfectly until recently...
