Default Heal rotation question

Hello,

I have started playing with the healrotation feature. Basically I have created a healing rotation instance with just my cleric in it and one target which is the tank. What I want to achieve is to prevent the cleric to start healing the tank too soon but at something like 50% of his HPs. I have been trying to set that up playing with healrotationadjustcritical and healrotationadjustcritical without sucess, my cleric keep healing my tank as soon as he is at 95% of his HPs. Anything I missed ?

Thanks

I think there are some other settings like safe levels, and safe level for a warrior I think defaults at 75%. However, I'm pretty sure heal rotation is meant to be a CH rotation unless someone is critical, then they would use a fast heal if you have those turned on. I'll admit though, I barely use bots.
