Default Can't restrict expansions?

I just installed a windows server using Akka's installer (fantastic by the way).

I have been digging through this forum for hours, I have tried a few things in regards to the World:ExpansionSettings options.

It seems no one has a clear answer on how to do this, you would think it would have been stickied somewhere by now.

All I'm trying to do is make a POP server, remove drakkin, frogs, berserkers, etc. I've restricted zones to set status to 200 on anything > expansion 5.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be really grateful.

Some information I've seen:

I've tried the char create combination (setting the expansion required value to something crazy like 29,000 trying to get rid of frogloks.

2^X-1 formula where X is the expansion number

You have to add the expansion ID/value together to get your desired results. If a feature is specific to an expansion, you need to enable that expansion if you want that feature. So if you just want Iksar, then you only need Kunark.

For instance:

0 = No Expansions
264 = Default, Planes of Power, and Kunark
511 (default) = Everything up to, but not including, Depths of Darkhollow
3136 = Default, Serpent's Spine, Prophecy of Ro, and Gates of Discord
16383 = Everything
