playing Project 1999 requesting an exception be made on the IP block

Hi, great job btw

and wondering if I can get an exception on my IP? My brother lives with my wife and I and we have Wireless Internet in the house , little brother and I are both playing P1999 or EQ Emu not sure which it is, but can't both play it at same time due to an IP block? Please fix! Thanks
