Default GMs?

Sony Live has regular GMs that you can contact whenever you need anything. But the main purpose of this topic is to post a question: how do you start a guild on servers like these?

Typically you would petition just like you normally would on a server. Whoever is running the server will either check it personally or they may have people under them who are helping to manage GM duties.

If you find yourself online at the same time as a GM, it's as easy as striking up a conversation. Just ask around, usually someone on the server will know who the GMs are so you can watch for them to be online.

I have to say, for an underground list of servers, this is pretty advanced.

Most established servers also have their own website/forums that is normally listed in the /motd. You can normally go there and post a request for guild creations as well.
