Default Loading spawn groups failed

I set up a second server on my network called test to do my development on. It is tapped into a copy of my live DB on my live server. I am using the mini login server and i am able to get to the character selection screen but no zones will load.

here are what my logs show

I had the server up on the public login server and i had the same problem. Then i read about how you can not host 2 public servers and configured things to work with the mini login.

My live server has all the port forwarding set up on the router and people can connect to it. There are no ports set up for the test server on the router.

I am attempting to connect to my test server with with my gaming PC.

The zone console window always displays 0:sleeping.

I thought it might be a latest source issue, so i copied over my project from live and compiled it. same problem.

Thought it might have been a DB issue so i sourced in the latest PEQ db file and pointed it at that. Same problem

Tried it with and without LUA, with level 10 debug logging. Same results every time.

I've been searching for an answer all night and it almost always comes down to a DB issue, but it's spotted in the logs. I can't get anything useful out of my logs.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

How up to date is the source / database?

There is a SQL file to change the table `spawngroup` from.. 2014_02_26

If you are using an old DB with new source.. you need to update the DB
