Fixed new Release
Going to include binaries we use on test server.
Gets random grids moving correctly, hoping to squash waypoint timer bug for patrol/circle types for next release.
There are a few out of place and in need of Z fix npcs, we'll have them cleaned up by next release too.
This was a quick release to get more zones out to you , the public.

Mirror below is not fixed version of DB, fixed is mwnpcmov2_alpha2_2 when unzipped.
Binaries are the same.
This is complete DB , just add account, character_, and faction_values dumps from your DB to retain your player info.
Do not source over another DB file.
