Quick Step by Step Compile on Linux

Posting this in case it is of help to anyone.

Make changes to code files in /eqemu/server_source/Server/*
make
make install
copy binaries from /usr/local/bin to /eqemu/server_source/Server/build/bin/
Restart EQ server service
