0x0003 OpCode Clarification

Hello,
It appears that there has been a little history on OpCode 0x0003. I just wanted to get clarification if this is normal for Minilogin to produce this with the subsequent OpCode 0x4dd0 messages produced in World. My Emu works fine, i just always receive this messages when logging in.
