Default **Warning** You have not.....

Everything loads just fine I was just wondering how I fix this part of the whole process concidering I have already added from Solid11's tutorial on setting up a minilogin server. I also followed another post on LAN/WAN setup and used my DNS and Internal IP. Basically it all loads fine except I am not sure y I am getting this Warning Label..

If anyone can fix this please tell me what I need to do. I was thinking it was wanting me to put a name/password in the DB but I already have one in there lol I dont know....
