character transfer?

is it posibel to do a character transfer from ip to other ip?
may there are anny programs for it?

i have 4 pc's on my lan
and 4 difrent accounts
all with acound login based on ip
now im asking if i can transfer a
character from my personel acount .
to the acount of my second pc,

sure change the account the character is identified with in the DB.
