Default Zone Unavailable popup

I have been following the pdf guide provided and I seem to have run into a snag.

I got my server up and running. Just using the regular public login server. I can log into it, and get the the character select screen. However, when I try and zone in, I crash and get a "Everquest cannot find the zone file 'freportw' in the directory that you are currently running Everquest from. Please check and make sure that you do not have more then one directory with Everquest installed. If so, you may be running from the wrong directory."

I only have one installation of everquest.

The only thing I can think of is to make sure you are running a legal copy of Titanium (not a downloaded version) and maybe try doing a fresh install of it if so.

Also, you can check to verify that you have a freportw.s3d file in your everquest directory.

There are a bunch of random files missing from my install....just bought a boxed copy too. Gonna try going out and getting one more since they are only 20$. The only thing that confused me was, I have successfully connected to other servers, just not my own =p.

If you're just missing some zone files, make a duplicate EQ directory, patch live, and then copy over just the zone files that you're missing.

Make sure you use a zone list and just don't copy over all of the s3d's, as you might overwrite something important.
