Default Respawn from Hover and Rez.

I have the following set to True, Character:RespawnFromHover, so that when I die, I don't instantly zone. When in hover mode, none of the rezzes will work. It will give an error that the spell only works on corpses. If you respawn back to bind, a rez spell will then recognize it as a corpse and rez.

I posted on peq forums about this..but, if you're not respawning and the rez doesn't work...

This could be the other side of that equation.

Several reasons actually but my reasoning is irrelevant as the feature is broken with the RoF2 client.
