respawn at same time?

i have a boss fight that has 5 mobs with it, they are impossible to kill by themselves, but after CC'd it is possible. the only problem is if someone sits there and camps them they can spread out the spawn times and take them on invidividually, which is bad. Is there a way to get them to force spawn at the same time?
