Guildmaster Disconnect

There seems to be a global problem on my server with the guildmasters, attempting to train(right click) causes a disconnect.

Guildmasters Tested

Paladin: Edwardian Holyblade(freportn)
Shadow Knight: Nezzka Tolax(neriakc)
Bard: Jusean_Evanesque(qeynos)

This issue occurs on both the Titanium and Underfoot clients.

Server log files contain no errors.

OS: Ubuntu 14 Server
DB: peqbeta_2014-09-25-02-01

Thanks in advance for any resolution to this issue.
