Server Dosent Show up on Login Server List

Ok Ive read all the tutorials , faq's , readme's I can. Ive used search .. and havent found anything about this.

I have the emu up and running , 0.6.0-dr2 , I have all the necessary ports forwarded (and using DMZ Host just to be sure) but when I login my server dosent show up on the server list.
I noticed in one of the readme's for an earlier version that World.exe output should say Connected to LoginServer - but mine never does. Also if i try to ping the login server (newlogin1.eqemulator.net port 5994 it just times out)

Sorry if this has been asked before or Im simply missing something , but any help would be appriciated. Thanks
