Lan Server Login error

trying to make a minilogin server so 2 people that live accross the city can play on it but it wont show up on the eqemu.net list is there a way to do this? ive tryed seting the eqhost from 127.0.0.1 to my IP along with the shortcut(Client) and editting the eqemu_config file so that Loginserver is set to me IP (Server), after all that the error says

[Debug] [World_Client_ERR] : IP is 0. Is this server connected to minilogin?
[Debug] [World_Client_ERR] : Could Not Find minilogin account, verify ip address logging into minilogin is that the same that is in your account table. removing connection.
