How Can I ?...

i am working with MySQL Control center and MySql-front
and i am wanting to create new items but i seem to be haveing a little bit of trouble with it .. mainly i dont know how to get the New ID for the item .. i can edit them with no problems but say i want to make a sword with a certin icon then later i want to make a diff sword with diff stats and name but i want it to have the same Icon as the previous one i made in doing this i want to keep both swords icon just have diff names and stats on the sword ... i have tryed to find Icon section but dont see were i can just change that ... like on EQEmuAdmin and like on mangoo's item editor .. i would not mind being able to use either of them but eqadmin is not uptoday from what i was told .. and with item editor i cant get it to save or create new items

i am still learning about this and it is an adventure that i am enjoying
