Legends server showing up?

There is a legends server showing up on the list... is it really similar to sony's legends server, or...???

A legend server is a server with a devs in this crew.
Last i see is DarkHorizon with cofruben. Don't know if have another now.

My server is always in devs since 1 year because i make many change in Erverquest Structure (news zones, news quests, news merchants, and some mod very new :p). My crew and me working slowly because, from biginning, we lack of informations on database structs. but with all the help of Eqemu's devs and community (I like the wiki !), we're working more quick now

That's explain why it is always close (except for devs crew).
I hope make a "alpha" test in 6 month
