Default In-game Voice Chat

I remember way back on live, my friend got me going once on using in-game voice chat,
which his intent was to make group communication easier, without having to type.
Myself, I found it kind of annoying, since I wouldn't usually play a game and talk on the
phone at the same time, so it was similiar to doing that.
Some people like "noise", as in cranking up the stereo, etc., while playing a game, but
it's never been a preference of mine to enable the sound in EQ.
I never had the opportunity to voice chat ingame with a whole group, but I could imagine
what it would be like with all of them trying to get a word in. (smirk)

When I played EQ2, we actually used teamspeak and ventrillo before the in-game version was implemented.

If done properly, it can actually boost the efficiency of raiding parties immensely..so long as the players are serious and keep non-essential chat to a minimum

(I doubt the in-game chat will ever be enabled in the emulator due to legal reasons...)
