Default Changing class name?

Ok I have done this in the past on T client - it worked fine.
Can't seem to do it on RoF-2

For example, trying to rename "Paladin" in eqstr_us.txt, I get an error on char creation screen - Paladin icon turn into -"Buy It" and non selectable. Ranger icon next to it also affected.

Any ideas?
Thanks!

P.S. successfully changed Deity names with no issues.

Interesting. I was wanting to do this as well. I hope there is a way to make it work with RoF2.

You most likely forgot to edit the buttons names in EQUI_CharacterCreate.xml to match your updated class name. Works the same in both clients if you update that and eqstr_us.txt.

Oh thank you so much prestanneth!

I got it. So apparently the name in eqstr_us.txt not just text but also a label name.
When I edited it back on T-client, char creation would still say old name, but it wasn't causing errors, so I never thought it could be changed.

Thanks again!
