Tools EQEmu item editor

Ok my tool work great but when I am in the game and summon some items the icon is wrong and i can't see the item when equiped for exmple the Belgar's Blade icon looks like a neckless and you can't see item.

Is there an update the I can download for client side like raidaddicts server to see new item graphics. Plz help
