AA title

Sorry if this is mentioned somewhere, I didn't find any information that was recent on the subject.

I have a freshly installed server from akk's all in one installer. all is good, except once I reached levels and AA and I try to do titles. There is nothing listed in the box when I press shift t. I am using RoF2 client but I don't think that matters, as I used it for a public server that the titles do work for me.
Just posting this in case someone reads and maybe has insight as to what might be the cause.

Not sure if you are fluent in MYSQL or know how to use an editor like HeidiSQL (the one I use) but if so you can open the database and there is a table for setting titles and values manually - hope that helps
