Default Augment trouble among one other.

im running the lastest source off cvs and am having an issue with useing augments the following are the only errors i get in my zone and world out put.

As far as i can tell the acmod ocurrs followed by catching mob crash after trying to insert an aug as far as the opcode i have no idea any help is appreciated
