Which fields control the following tags?

Lore Item
No Trade

I've got the rest, these little ones however suck.

So if it says either 0 or 255 and theres a 1 in the field, should it be bumped to 255 or to 0?

If you are asking about NO RENT setting for 0, 1 or 255, I believe 1 is rentable (not NO RENT). Here is a post that mentions it:
