Have played EQ live since pre kunark. Like most stopped playing when they came out with
The Serpent's Spine expansion. I usually play from 5:30pm Est. to 10PM Est Monday thu Friday,
weekends when I wake up till I go to sleep. Seriously Im not addicted at all.

Right now I think it should stay PvE with the option to flag yourself PvP. If I could implement a vallon zek type pvp, that would be cool. I am not looking to run a nakie server.

In the bazaar you will find Aediles Thrall, hail him to get the quest. Must be level 10 or higher.

So it was you that bounced me out of PoT....Hmm i had mini login running, its shut down now. maybe that was the problem. if not ill have to track down what ports beside 8000 set and 9000 set needs to be open on the router. just checked and I was able to log in through the eqemu list of servers..

You only need ports 7000-7100 (zone ports set in server config file) and 9000 forwarded from your router to your server for it to work.

just checked the router and it was 7000-7100not 8000-8100 that was open. wonder if it was the mini login? I connect fine see all the servers and can connect to mine get killed in the game and re spawn with my admin character.
