Loot Table Dropping Duplicates

Is anyone else having issues as of lately If the multiplier on a table is set to 2+...

Often (and i mean VERY offen) if i have a table with more than 2+ set for the multiplier... the bosses will drop the same item twice; the only way ive found to combat this is to make as many loot tables as I want items dropping....

There any other way to fix this?? I would rather have something to prevent them from dropping duplicates....

This is still kind of a workaround but you could make copies of the npc and have them all spawn on the same table...then for each NPC give them 2 separate loot tables each with one item on it and set each to 100% drop. For each npc copy you make give him different combos of items until you have enough copies of the mob with every combo possible. Long and painful but that should eliminate doubles from dropping ever.
