Default Does anyone use the old .qst quest system?

Whenever I go through the code in the next few weeks I'm going to be looking at obsolete stuff to remove so our code isnt as bloated as it is now. Does anyone still use the 4.4 qst system? If so I wont remove it, but I dont think anyone still uses it.

Is it possible to just make it a compile option using an ifdef QSTQUEST or something similar?

Yes we could, but it would still bloat the source code, I would rather get rid of it if noone uses it.
