Download it here:

I extracted that to the EQEmu folder where the Item Editor is located and when I try to click on an item it brings up the windows error again.

xtestx 03-25-2004 02:15 PM

killspree 03-27-2004 01:23 AM

You should probably play on a current server.

Angelishes 03-27-2004 02:29 AM

i dotn wanna play on a current server i didnt really ask that.. i wanted to no what to do.. unlike some people i like to learn and get smarter as i get older i already dont have a life i dont want to spend the the time i have sitting here playing a game again can somone answer my previous question?

mangoo 03-27-2004 08:02 AM

Well since you didn't grasp killspree's point and this question comes up rather too often, here it is...

Database Name: <name of your database>
Database User: <mysql login name>
Database Pass: <mysql login password>
Database Location: <server ip>
EQ Directory: <everquest directory>

Pretty straight forward.

NarutoLegacy 03-27-2004 11:17 AM

Example:

Database Name: eq
Database User: Kaio
Database Pass: gumballs
Database Location: localhost
EQ Directory: c:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest Trilogy\

Loosenut 04-03-2004 02:54 AM

An error show sup everytime i click on an item on the list.. what's wrong? 1.8 works good but , this one errors always pop up when i click an item

mangoo 04-03-2004 07:51 AM

The item database structure changed, Loosenut.

bluejam 04-13-2004 05:03 AM

Since the spell effects aren't sorted alphabetically(sp), is there a list in which I can look up the IDs?

Beretta 04-13-2004 06:16 PM

Any eta on windows error fix?

Monrezz 04-13-2004 11:31 PM

It's fixed, if it's crashing it's because you need the latest ID structure, download the dumpeditems.sql.gz.

somedude01 04-27-2004 11:16 AM

how do I do this?

I keep getting a database error (could not connect to database) every time I try to load the item database, have it set up like this:

Database name: Dumpeditems
Database user: eqemu
database password: eqemu
database location: 24.50.145.82(ip address used for server)
Everquest Directory: C:\Program Files\Everquest

anyone know the right way to set this up(also tried extracting, putting in .sql with unzipped and zipped versions)

BTW, also using updated DB(I think, the one Mangoo posted)
